With over 20 years of experience in organizational development and human capital management, Julia has held leadership positions at renowned global companies including Deloitte, McKinsey, Harrods, and Triple Five Group. Her expertise and successful track record in HR strategies and initiatives have fostered high-performing and engaged workforces, making her a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards of directors.
As the Firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Julia oversees a broad range of responsibilities and global team of HR professionals critical to the success of P&C Global. She leads talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top industry professionals, ensures competitive compensation and benefits packages, drives organizational development initiatives, nurtures a positive corporate culture, develops competency frameworks, and implements effective performance management systems. Additionally, Julia is dedicated to implementing robust reward and recognition programs and cultivating community development and relations.
