Wallace served as a Senior Vice President of Human Capital Management at the Royal Bank of Canada, where he developed and executed effective human capital strategies for one RBC’s largest businesses. At Bombardier, he held the position of Director of Organizational Development, driving key organizational changes and talent development initiatives. Prior to these roles, Wallace served as the Head of Compensation and Benefits at a subsidiary of Bank of Montreal, where his strategic approach to benefits and compensation planning enhanced the bank’s talent acquisition and retention capabilities.
