Jacques Berger is the Practice Director for the High-Tech Sector at P&C Global, delivering transformative outcomes within the IT Transformation, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Applications practice groups. Born in Vancouver, Jacques is recognized for his extensive expertise in the High Tech, Retail, and Travel & Hospitality sectors, specifically in areas like enterprise application architecture, TechOps, DevOps, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, and Agile, PRINCE2, and Lean methodologies.

Prior to joining P&C Global, Jacques showcased his leadership and technical skills in high-ranking positions in global high-tech firms. He was the Senior Director of Application Development at Infosys, where he led a team of developers in crafting innovative enterprise applications. Later, he ascended to the role of Vice President of Technology at Microsoft, orchestrating operational improvements, and driving DevOps best practices. His diversified experience also includes a pivotal role as the Head of Enterprise Systems and Operations at the prestigious Groupe Galeries Lafayette, where he spearheaded a complete IT transformation, blending his high-tech and retail expertise.

Additionally, Jacques has developed an interest in home brewing, delighting in the creation of his unique artisanal root beers.
