Danielle’s career in executive search began at Korn Ferry (Europe), a top global executive search firm. As the Vice President of Executive Search, Danielle led a team of consultants and researchers to identify and attract top-tier talent for multinational corporations across various industries. Her strategic vision and leadership significantly improved the firm’s executive search process, resulting in a 30% increase in successful placements during her tenure.

Her next career move took her to Hudson RPO, another leading executive search firm, where she served as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Here, she honed her skills in executive search, talent management, and recruitment operations, further solidifying her reputation as a trusted recruitment professional.

Prior to joining P&C Global, Danielle held a significant role at Antal International Ltd, where she was the Senior Manager of Executive Search. Her efforts significantly enhanced the firm’s talent pool, contributing to its overall growth and success.

At P&C Global, Danielle leads the executive search operations for the European Union, overseeing an average of 300 annual searches for the firm’s internal roles and over 500 executive searches for P&C Global’s clients including Global 1000 CEOs and other C-suite and specialty talent roles. Her portfolio of responsibilities includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, improving recruitment processes, managing recruitment marketing, and partnering with her internal and external client executives on an array of strategic initiatives including talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.

Under Danielle’s leadership, P&C Global has seen significant geographic expansion worldwide. Some of her major accomplishments include:

Danielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Paris, a MSc in Human Resources Management from Sciences Po, a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting from INSEAD and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
