To facilitate a smooth integration, we assign an Onboarding Team comprising our engagement team leaders who possess in-depth knowledge of the client’s organization. We conduct weekly 1on1 check-in calls involving the newly onboarded executive, their direct manager, and other senior members of the leadership team. Throughout the onboarding process, we provide continuous support and gather feedback from both the executive and the client.
