Born and raised in Turkey, Asuman’s career has taken her across the globe. She now divides her time between Istanbul and Dubai, catering to her broad span of client engagements and responsibilities at P&C Global. Her international exposure has not only enriched her professional acumen but also shaped her into a global citizen.

Asuman’s portfolio of responsibilities is as diverse as her background. She manages client projects, leads high-performance teams, structures sometimes ambiguous and complex client requirements, and always finding a way to solve them. Her ability to grow and manage stakeholder relationships is unparalleled, and she is known for her coaching and mentoring skills, both with team members and client personnel.

Before joining P&C Global, Asuman held significant roles at Oracle Corporation, NetSuite, and Accenture. At Oracle, she served as a Senior ERP Consultant, where she played a crucial role in client digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries. She then moved to NetSuite as a Director of Business Intelligence, where she was instrumental in leading the company’s analytics product development strategies to address client requirements. Finally, at Accenture, she held the position of Principal Consultant, where she was key in providing client-facing solutions, optimizing their IT infrastructure and organizational structures.

Asuman’s academic credentials are as impressive as her professional career. She holds an BSc in Computer Science from Bilkent University, an MBA from the London School of Economics, and a postgraduate executive certificates from Said Business School at the University of Oxford in Digital Disruption and Platforms, Blockchain Strategy, and Artificial Intelligence. She also holds multiple professional certifications including Certified Oracle ERP Consultant, Certified Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Specialist, and Oracle Global HR Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist, SAS Certified Advanced Analytics Professional, and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
