With over 20 years of experience, Deniz has built a reputation for her expertise in change management, digital transformation, organizational development, and IT transformation.

Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, Deniz’s career with P&C Global has taken her around the globe. From managing projects in diverse locales to navigating different cultural business landscapes, Deniz’s global experience is extensive. Now, her role at P&C Global has brought her back to her beloved hometown, coinciding with the company’s recent expansion into Turkey. Her deep expertise spans the manufacturing, high tech, and commercial real estate industries, where she is highly regarded for her skills in change management and organizational development.

At P&C Global, Deniz manages a diverse portfolio of responsibilities. She leads high-performance teams, manages client projects, and nurtures stakeholder relationships. Her coaching and mentoring skills are second to none, and she excels at structuring ambiguous problems and taking decisive action to solve them.

Before joining P&C Global, Deniz held significant roles at Koç Holding Company, a Fortune Global 500 company; Triple Five Group, one of the world’s largest and oldest privately held conglomerates with a rich history dating back hundreds of years; and QNB Finansbank, a global institution with over $6 billion in annual revenues. At Koç Holding Company, she served as a Senior Change Management Consultant, where she played a crucial role in the company’s organizational development initiatives. She then moved to Triple Five Group as a Director of Organizational Development for one of the conglomerate’s largest multi-billion-dollar business units, where she was instrumental in leading the company’s change management strategies and enhancing their operational efficiency. Finally, at QNB Finansbank, she held the position of Program Manager responsible for the bank’s comprehensive digital transformation and adoption of artificial intelligence.

Deniz’s academic credentials are equally impressive. She holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Bosphorus University, an MBA from Koç University, and a postgraduate certificate in Digital Transformation from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Deniz also holds several professional certifications that complement her extensive experience. These include the AIM Change Management Certification, the eCornell Certificate in Digital Transformation, and the Professional Certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT.

Throughout her career with P&C Global, Deniz has led several market-leading client engagements including:  a digital transformation project for a major manufacturing company, resulting in a 35% increase in operational efficiency and a savings of $25M annually. She also spearheaded a digital transformation for a global real estate company, leading to a 30% reduction in operational costs and a 20% increase in revenue. Additionally, she directed an organizational development initiative for a high-tech company, resulting in a 25% increase in employee productivity and a 15% increase in annual revenue in year 1.

Outside of work, Deniz is a passionate advocate for women in technology and actively mentors young women entering the field. She also enjoys exploring Istanbul’s rich history and culture with her family.
