Derek Silva is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the law firm and management advisory industries. As the Practice Director for the Law and Advisory Services Sector at P&C Global, he leads the industry practice worldwide and is a key member of the Digital Transformation, Corporate Performance, and Strategy & Innovation practice groups.

Before joining P&C Global, Derek held impressive positions at three of the top global firms. He began his career at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he honed his skills in mergers and acquisitions and corporate performance optimization. He then moved on to Deloitte, where he served as a director, overseeing a team of consultants and managing complex advisory projects. Finally, before joining P&C Global, he was a Principal at Rothschild & Co., where he led a team of consultants in developing and executing strategic advisory programs.

Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University, an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and postgraduate executive certificates in Digital Transformation and Innovation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
