Erin Powers, a Senior Managing Director at P&C Global, is a recognized leader in the Strategy & Innovation practice worldwide. She is a key contributor to the Corporate Performance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Organization & Human Capital practice groups. Erin also holds significant roles in the firm’s Governance Committee, Ethics and Compliance Committee, and the Global Operating Committee.
With a career spanning over 25 years, Erin’s expertise is deeply rooted in high-tech, manufacturing, luxury retail, travel & hospitality, and professional services industries. She works closely with client CEOs and C-suite executives, providing strategic guidance on corporate strategy, innovation, growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, business-model innovation, corporate performance improvement, end-to-end transformations, and Board-related governance issues.
Erin’s professional journey began at Groupe Renault in corporate development, where she eventually became the Head of Innovation. She then joined Capgemini as the Managing Director of the Strategy & Innovation practice.
Erin’s academic credentials include a BA and Master of Computer Science (MCompSci) from the University of Oxford, an MSc in Mathematical and Computational Finance, and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Strategy and Innovation from Said Business School at the University of Oxford. She also holds the Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) credential from the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences and is a SAS Certified Data Scientist.
