During her tenure at IBM Global Services as Senior Software Solutions Architect, Gillian played a pivotal role in designing and implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for multinational clients, leveraging SAP and Oracle Cloud technologies to enhance operational efficiency. As Director of Enterprise Systems Strategy, at Deloitte Consulting she led major enterprise software implementations, spearheading system modernization efforts that optimized finance, HR, and operational workflows for Fortune 500 clients. As Head of Financial Systems Integration at PwC Technology Advisory, Gillian worked closely with C-suite executives and IT leaders to align enterprise application strategies with business goals, ensuring seamless system interoperability and data governance.
