Grace Alexander is the Senior Director of Learning and Development at P&C Global, wielding a remarkable blend of expertise and innovative thinking to drive forward the company’s learning initiatives. With her feet firmly planted in the professional services sector, including management consulting and law firms, Retail, and Travel & Hospitality, Grace is a force to be reckoned with in the areas of instructional design, curriculum development, training program management, learning evaluation and ROI analysis, cross-cultural communication, and Cultural Intelligence (CQ). She is a globally recognized figure in the field of Global Talent Development and Training.
Beginning her career with PwC as a Learning and Development Manager, Grace honed her craft by developing and implementing strategic training programs. She then took on a more substantial role as Director of Learning and Development at KPMG, setting a new standard in effective learning initiatives. Her experience also extends to the media industry, where she held the position of Global Learning and Development Director at Thomson Reuters.

Grace is a graduate of Queen’s University, where she earned her BSc in Organizational Psychology with emphasis in Organizational Behavior, and the University of Toronto, where she obtained her Master of Education (MEd) in Adult Education. Adding to her stellar academic record, Grace also completed the Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation executive education certification program at INSEAD, equipping her with the tools to drive digital innovation for our clients. Despite her professional commitments, Grace ensures to make time for her personal interests. Based in Toronto and often traveling worldwide for work, she has an affinity for amateur astronomy and is a dedicated volunteer at a local animal shelter. In her downtime, Grace indulges her artistic side through painting, with some of her works gracing local art fairs.
