Horace earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, where he gained a solid foundation in systems architecture and software engineering. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, focusing on strategic management and operations. Additionally, he obtained a Master’s in Enterprise Systems Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, deepening his knowledge of systems integration and digital innovation.

His professional credentials reflect his dedication to excellence and continuous learning:

  • Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA): Acquired through The Open Group, this certification validates his mastery in enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • SAP Certified Application Associate: Recognizing his expertise in SAP enterprise software solutions.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt: Demonstrating advanced proficiency in process optimization, earned through Villanova University.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional: Highlighting his skills in designing scalable cloud architectures.
  • TOGAF 9 Certification: Reflecting his capability in aligning IT strategy with business objectives.

Horace began his career at Cisco Systems as a Network Support Engineer, gaining hands-on experience in systems troubleshooting and implementation. His strong technical skills and business acumen led to a promotion to IT Project Manager, where he oversaw enterprise software rollouts across multiple regions. He then joined General Electric (GE) as a Senior Systems Analyst, where he played a key role in streamlining digital operations across their industrial manufacturing units.

Prior to joining P&C Global, Horace served as Vice President of Digital Transformation at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a global leader in commercial real estate. At JLL, he led cross-functional teams in deploying innovative enterprise solutions that enhanced operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

At P&C Global, Horace leverages his extensive industry knowledge and technical expertise to help clients reimagine their digital ecosystems. He has led transformative engagements that have modernized enterprise architectures, optimized application portfolios, and accelerated business growth for his clients.

For example:

  • Enterprise Architecture Overhaul for a Global Commercial Real Estate Firm
Horace led a strategic initiative to modernize the client’s enterprise architecture, integrating disparate systems across leasing, property management, and finance. The engagement delivered a 40% improvement in operational efficiency and a 30% reduction in IT costs. By introducing a centralized data platform, the client gained real-time visibility into portfolio performance, resulting in a 15% increase in revenue from high-value properties.
  • Digital Transformation for a Leading High-Tech Manufacturer
Tasked with streamlining the client’s production and supply chain operations, Horace and his team implemented advanced IoT and predictive analytics solutions. This transformation reduced production downtime by 25%, improved on-time delivery rates by 35%, and cut overall supply chain costs by 20%. Additionally, the engagement enabled the client to launch a new product line six months ahead of schedule, capturing a critical market opportunity.
  • Process Modernization for an International Law Firm
In collaboration with firm leadership, Horace spearheaded a process improvement program focused on digitizing case management, client onboarding, and billing workflows. The initiative led to a 28% reduction in administrative overhead, a 40% improvement in client response times, and a 22% increase in profitability per case. As part of the engagement, the firm also adopted a new cybersecurity framework, reducing risk exposure by 50%.

These engagements highlight Horace’s ability to combine technical expertise with strategic insight, delivering measurable outcomes that drive lasting value for his clients.

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Horace resides there with his wife, two children, and their energetic rescue dogs, Baxter and Molly. Known for his quick wit and love of a good pun, Horace has a knack for making even the most challenging meetings a little lighter. Outside of work, he enjoys CrossFit and martial arts, experimenting with home automation technologies (with mixed results, much to his family’s amusement), and volunteering as a mentor for underrepresented students pursuing STEM careers. An amateur chef with a penchant for spicy food, Horace often jokes that his homemade hot sauce is “not for the faint of tongue.”

What drew Horace to enterprise applications and digital transformation at P&C Global was the firm’s reputation for tackling complex challenges with agility and creativity. “At P&C, we don’t just deliver solutions—we empower our clients to think differently about what’s possible,” he says. “The collaborative spirit here, combined with the relentless drive to make an impact, is unlike anything I’ve experienced in my career.  I work with some of the brightest and kindest people on the planet – and you can’t beat that!”

What keeps Horace passionate about his work is seeing the tangible, lasting impact of his efforts on clients and industries. “Knowing that the solutions we design not only solve immediate challenges but also set up our clients for long-term success—that’s incredibly fulfilling,” he shares.

When reflecting on his journey with the firm, Horace highlights the culture of mentorship and teamwork as a key motivator. “At P&C Global, we’re not just developing strategies—we’re developing people. Watching junior colleagues grow into confident leaders and experts is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.” He adds with a grin, “Plus, they’ve learned to laugh at my jokes—or at least pretend to. That’s leadership, right?”
