Jana Duncan

Jana Duncan, a Senior Managing Director at P&C Global, is the influential leader of the Corporate Performance practice worldwide and a key member of the Strategy & Innovation, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Digital Transformation practice groups. With over 25 years of experience, Jana specializes in corporate performance optimization, turnarounds, digital transformation, change management, and corporate strategy and innovation. Her industry expertise spans across financial services, private equity, high-tech, professional services, logistics, and travel & transportation.

Jana’s professional journey began at General Electric, where she held various roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in her contribution to mergers and acquisitions, capability development, and transformation initiatives in the company’s Corporate Development organization. She then held several positions at HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, and T5 Capital, leading corporate development functions that successfully executed complex acquisitions and strategic divestitures across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania.

Academically, Jana holds a dual-major Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Business from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering (MEng) from Imperial College London, and an Executive MBA in International Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management. Her postgraduate credentials include an Executive Certificate in “Global Management, Digital Transformation & Innovation: AI for Business” from INSEAD, and she holds the Chartered M&A Professional (CMAP) global certification from the American Academy of Financial Management.
