Jayme Williams, based in Vienna and Dubai, serves as the Managing Director of Corporate Development at P&C Global. He is also the esteemed leader of BRAVE@P&C, the company’s employee resource group dedicated to supporting military veterans. Jayme’s vast experience spans over two decades, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling and analysis, portfolio management, and corporate strategy within the global professional services and technology sectors.
His previous positions include serving as the Senior Director of Corporate Development at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Vice President of M&A at Triple Five Group, and Director of Corporate Development at Software AG. These roles have equipped Jayme with deep insights into complex corporate structures and strategies, which he leverages in his current role at P&C Global.
Jayme has been instrumental in assisting client engagement teams with complex M&A transactions, contributing significantly to the successful outcomes of these deals. A few notable projects include:
Jayme earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Vienna, further honing his skills with an MBA from the University of Oxford. He is also a graduate of the Mergers & Acquisitions postgraduate program from HEC Paris and MIT Sloan School of Management’s Strategy & Innovation program.
In his downtime, Jayme is an avid mountain biker, often exploring the Alpine trails of Austria. He also has a deep appreciation for classical music, attending opera performances in Vienna, the city often referred to as the ‘City of Music.’
