Jody earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, where he honed his analytical skills and passion for innovation. He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Southern California, emphasizing human capital strategies. Additionally, he completed a Master of Science in Enterprise Software Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, specializing in large-scale systems design.

Jody began his career as a Software Engineer at IBM, where he contributed to the development of enterprise software solutions. Recognized for his innovative thinking and collaborative leadership, he rose to the role of Systems Architect. He later joined Intel as a Senior IT Program Manager, leading global digital transformation initiatives. Before joining P&C Global, Jody served as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at JPMorgan Chase, where he developed and executed strategic IT frameworks that modernized enterprise systems across the organization.

A proud Texan, Jody now resides in Toronto, where he enjoys spending time with his golden retriever, Ranger and never missing any opportunity to go to visit his hometown, Dallas! A former football and rugby player during his high school and college years, Jody remains an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys playing on a local rugby league with several other P&C colleagues. His weekends often involve long-distance cycling and experimenting with barbecue recipes, a nod to his love for authentic Southern cuisine.
