With over 15 years of experience, Klaus has carved a niche for himself in the high tech, travel and hospitality, and global logistics industries. His expertise in ERP, SCM, and CRM technologies is highly sought after, making him a key player in these domains.
Born and raised in Oslo, Norway, Klaus’s career with P&C Global has taken him on a global journey, with his current role at landing him in the beautiful city of Vienna. His Norwegian roots have instilled in him a unique perspective and approach to problem-solving, which he applies to his work every day.
At P&C Global, Klaus manages a diverse portfolio of responsibilities. He leads high-performance teams, manages client projects, and fosters stakeholder relationships. His coaching and mentoring skills are unparalleled, and he has a knack for structuring ambiguous problems and taking decisive action to solve them.
Before joining P&C Global, Klaus held significant roles at DHL Supply Chain, Nordic Choice Hospitality Group AS, and Deloitte. At DHL, he served as a Senior IT Project Manager, where he played a crucial role in the digital transformation of their global logistics operations. He then moved to Nordic Choice Hospitality Group AS as an IT Strategy Consultant, where he was instrumental in leading the company’s digital transformation initiatives and enhancing their customer experience. Finally, at Deloitte, he was a Principal Consultant worked with multinational clients to lead the optimization of IT infrastructure and enterprise applications.
Klaus’s academic credentials are equally accomplished. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), an MSc in Informatics: Design, Use, and Interaction from the University of Oslo, and an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation, and Technology (ACE) from MIT Sloan.
Throughout his tenure with us, Klaus has led several market-leading client engagements. For a major airline, he led a digital transformation project resulting in a 20% increase in operational efficiency and a savings of $45M annually. He also spearheaded an ERP implementation for a global logistics company, leading to a 25% reduction in inventory costs and a 15% increase in order fulfillment speed.
