As Director of End-User Technology & Support, at Cisco Systems, she oversaw device provisioning, enterprise hardware lifecycle management, and IT service strategy, ensuring optimized IT experiences for Cisco’s global workforce. Prior to P&C Global, Krista held the position of Head of IT Service Delivery at PwC Technology Operations, where she managed enterprise infrastructure and desktop support teams, leading initiatives that increased IT service efficiency by 30% and improved user satisfaction.
