A lifelong problem-solver with a passion for helping organizations achieve meaningful transformation, Sarah Reynolds brings an analytical mind and creative spark to her role at P&C Global. Raised in a family that valued curiosity and continuous learning, Sarah’s early interests in technology and innovation were encouraged by her father, an engineer and Cornell graduate, and her mother, an entrepreneur and innovator at IBM. This foundation led her to pursue her studies at Cornell University, where she discovered her love for building elegant solutions to complex challenges.
Sarah lives in New York City with her husband and their beautiful Labrador retriever, Max. She spends her weekends exploring the city’s cultural hubs, supporting local arts, and cycling through Central Park. An avid traveler, Sarah has visited over 30 countries during her tenure at P&C Global, drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and ways of thinking. These experiences have informed her approach to consulting, particularly her belief that innovation stems from embracing diverse perspectives.
What drew Sarah to P&C Global was the firm’s reputation for unconventional thinking, its people-centric culture, and its commitment to delivering transformative results for clients. “At P&C, you’re not a consultant in a silo—you’re part of a living, breathing ecosystem of incredibly talented people who genuinely care about the success of our clients,” Sarah shares. “We don’t just craft strategies; we partner with our clients to solve their most pressing challenges in ways that actually stick.”
For Sarah, what keeps her engaged and excited about her work at P&C Global is the diversity of the engagements and the human stories behind them. “The best part of this work is seeing a client team light up when they realize they’re capable of more than they thought possible. That moment of discovery, when a business unlocks new potential—that’s what makes this work meaningful.”
When asked why she’s chosen to stay at P&C Global, Sarah’s response is simple: “The people. We’re a firm of thinkers, creators, and challengers, but most importantly, we’re a firm of listeners. It’s rare to find a place where your ideas are valued as much as your curiosity and humanity.”
