Shawna Sandoval is a Senior Principal Consultant at P&C Global, where she brings her expertise to the Organization & Human Capital, Corporate Performance, Data & Cognitive Sciences, and Marketing & Public Relations practice groups. Renowned for her skill in talent development, organizational culture transformation, and performance management, Shawna is a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex business challenges.
Shawna earned her Bachelor of Commerce in Organizational Behavior from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, where she developed a passion for creating high-performing teams. She later completed a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo and an Executive MBA in Leadership and Digital Transformation from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
Shawna began her career as a Human Resources Associate at Canadian Tire Corporation, gaining firsthand experience in workforce management. She progressed to become a Talent Development Specialist at Air Canada, where she designed leadership training programs. Before joining P&C Global, Shawna served as Vice President of Organizational Development at CN Rail, overseeing talent strategies across the company’s North American operations.
